Warranty (Kids' Ride-Ons)

1. Disclaimer

​

1.1. V-QUAL Enterprises Limited (“V-QUAL” or “the Company”) is at all times, engaged in the sale of among other products, electric kids’ ride-ons (“Ride-on” or “Ride-ons”) as advertised and/or available on the herein site (“Our Site”) and/or sold by one of our retailers or at our store. The Ride-ons are manufactured by a third-party (“the Manufacturer”) which remains completely independent of V-QUAL.

1.2. Notwithstanding the above, this Warranty is provided by V-QUAL to the purchaser of any Ride-on sold by V-QUAL, with the intent that our customers enjoy the maximum use and benefits of our Ride-ons. 
 

2. Warranty Coverage

​

2.1. Warranty Period: V-QUAL warrants that the Ride-on is assembled in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications and/or directions and are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of purchase (“the Warranty Period”) by the original retail purchaser (“the Purchaser”).

2.2. Who is Covered: This warranty is valid for the Purchaser only and is non-transferable.

2.3. What is Covered:

​

- Replacement of defective parts necessary to restore the Ride-on to proper working condition;


- Repair and/or replacement of electrical components, including motor(s), batteries, chargers and circuitry, found to be defective under normal use in keeping with our Use and Care Guide.

2.4. What is Not Covered:

​

- Damage including to battery life, performance, and capacity and Chargers, resulting from misuse; abuse; neglect; accidents; use contrary to V-QUAL’s Use and Care Guide; and/or otherwise improper use;


- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;


- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, grips, decals, and cosmetic surfaces;


- Damage caused by exposure to water, weather conditions, fire or electrical power supply or source;


- Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect and/or use contrary to V-QUAL's Use and Care Guide.

3. Battery Performance and Chargers

​

3.1. Battery performance is subject to natural decline over time and usage. Replacement batteries are therefore, available at V-QUAL or its authorized retailers. 


3.2. Chargers may malfunction or otherwise become damaged by several factors including being dropped, connection to faulty electrical supplies or other external factors.


3.3. Notwithstanding the above, in keeping with V-QUAL’s commitment to maximize the life and use of our Ride-ons, we may at our sole discretion, replace batteries and/or chargers regardless of the cause of the defect, damage or issue, at no extra charge, during the Warranty Period.

​4. How to Obtain Service

​

4.1. To obtain warranty service, schedule a convenient date and time to drop off your Ride-on for initial assessment and subsequent repair, by visiting our Repair Booking Page.

​

4.2. Kindly ensure that all required information is provided accurately on making the above booking.

​

4.3. V-QUAL Repair Service is currently only available for Ride-ons sold by V-QUAL. Should a Ride-on that was not purchased from V-QUAL, be delivered to us for repair, by providing false, incorrect or incomplete information accidentally or otherwise, a fixed fee of $100.00 shall be charged and $50.00 shall thereafter, continue to be charged for every day that the said Ride-on remains in our possession, from the day the owner of the said Ride-on is notified that the Ride-on was found to have not been supplied by V-QUAL, to the day of collection thereof.

5. Remedies

​

5.1. If a defect is confirmed during the Warranty Period, V-QUAL shall, at our sole discretion:

​

- Repair the Ride-on at no charge;


- If we are unable to repair the Ride-on, we may replace the Ride-on with a new or refurbished unit or another suitable model;


- Issue a refund of the purchase price or a reasonable part thereof.
