Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

These Terms shall govern the sale of any and all products ("Product" or "Products") including electric kids ride-ons, educational toys, smart electronics and other product as shall from time to time, be made available for purchase on Our Site and/or at any of our retailers or in-person store, by the Company, including warranties, use, and limitations thereof.

1.2. These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice. The latest version thereof shall at all relevant times, be available on Our Site. Your continued use of Our Site after changes are made therefore, constitutes your acceptance of the new and/or updated Terms.

2. Products and Services

2.1. V-QUAL sells mainly electric kids ride-on toys and educational toys but may from time to time, sell any other item or product at its sole discretion. Any and all products offered for sale, are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Pricing

​

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are therefore, only bound to fulfill the respective order, on accepting same.

3.2. We strive to provide accurate product information, including pricing, but errors may occur. Should we discover an error in the pricing of any products you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as reasonably possible and thereby extend to you, the option to confirm your order at the correct price or withdraw your order.

3.3. Payments must be made using a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We aim to deliver products in a timely manner and in accordance with the estimated time-frame as indicated during the checkout process. However, we shall not be responsible and/or liable for delays and/or damages thereby caused by third-party shipping or courier services and/or any unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

​

5.1. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with each and every purchase. If however, you experience any issues or have any concerns in relation to your purchase, returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the Product is unused, in original packaging, and remains in the condition as at the time of purchase.

5.2. Refunds shall be processed after inspection, deducting any applicable shipping or handling fees.

5.3. Notwithstanding the above, owing to among other things, the intended use of kids ride-ons and the several electrical components contained therein that may be difficult or impractical to properly inspect, kids ride-ons are non-refundable. However, we shall consider each request on its own basis and determine at our sole discretion, a suitable solution.

6.1. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to V-QUAL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express permission.

8.1. Use of the Product is at your own risk. Always supervise children and ensure they follow proper safety guidelines. V-QUAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the products sold.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless V-QUAL Enterprises Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

11. Purchases, Payment and Foreign Exchange Limit

11.1. Orders can be placed via our website or at authorized retailers/in-person store. Payment must be completed in full before the Product ships. Payments made on our site may be made using credit cards and/or US debit cards.

11.2. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at checkout.

11.3. Payments processed through our site may be subject to limitations as determined and/or set by the customer's respective bank and/or card service provider including any foreign exchange limits in respect of the customer's use of their card as determined by the customer's card service provider and/or bank. Customers are encouraged to check with their card service provider and/or bank, for information regarding their particular foreign exchange policy and any potential impact on their transactions.
